3.1 Login Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account credentials. You must not share your login information with any third party. All activities conducted through your Account are your responsibility, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you.

All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
5.2 Deposit Limits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your Account status and payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, though processing times may vary by payment provider.
5.3 Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and do not originate from illegal activities. We reserve the right to investigate the source of funds and request supporting documentation. Accounts suspected of involvement in money laundering or financial crime will be immediately frozen and reported to relevant authorities.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours after approval. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Detected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and potential account closure.
6.4 Bonus Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of bonus cancellation, unused bonus funds will be removed from your Account, but your original deposited funds will remain available.
7.1 Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by nuvo88. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion. Bets are considered accepted only when confirmed in your bet history. Bets placed on incorrect odds due to system errors may be voided.
7.2 Bet Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on official results from governing bodies. Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are final. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 7 days of the bet being settled.
